Your Right to Data Deletion: Users of Blood Donation, Blood Donation Admin, and Roof Finder may request deletion of their account and associated personal data. We will process valid requests within 30 days.

If you use more than one app, tell us whether you want to delete data from one app or all apps connected to your account.
What May Be Deleted
Depending on the app you use, account deletion may remove:
- Profile Information: Name, email, phone number, profile picture, and public profile data.
- Account Data: Login credentials, authentication identifiers, roles, permissions, and tokens.
- Blood Donation Data: Donation requests, donation activity, blood donation preferences, messages, and coordination history.
- Admin Data: Administrative account data and moderation or management actions where deletion is legally and technically permitted.
- Roof Finder Data: Listings, listing photos, favorites, hidden fields, contact details, preferences, and listing-related activity.
- Location Data: Stored locations, location preferences, and map-related data associated with your account.
- Device Data: Push notification tokens, device identifiers, and app-specific settings.
- App Activity: Usage analytics and interaction data tied to your account where deletion is technically feasible.
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You may lose access to profiles, listings, donation requests, messages, saved preferences, and related communications.

Response Time: We will confirm receipt of your request within 48 hours.
Processing Time: Account deletion will be completed within 30 days after verification.
Verification: We may contact you to verify your identity before processing.

- Safety and Security: Limited logs needed to protect the apps and users.
